This is my favorite location. I live in Oakley with a Round table just down the street, but I made this my preferred place to dine. I don’t mind driving a few extra miles to get excellent customer service and that’s exactly what I receive from Zack. (Zachary K) per my receipt. He is always kind and extremely courteous. I usually come in for the lunch special and the food is always a 10/10. But it’s the top notch customer service my sister and I receive every single time we’ve dined in for lunch, that keeps us coming back . Even when he has a rush and appears to be alone for a short period of time, he maintains a very positive and warm welcoming attitude. Thank you Zack for all that you do! You’re amazing. :)

I really wanted to come in and do the lunch buffet.. but apparently this place does not offered it anymore. Okay, I get that.. but I didn't realize that the quality had gone down as well. I ordered a personal size pizza and over half the pizza was bubbled like the picture below. It's a personal pizza. So that basically means that I got 2.5 slices.. that weren't bubbled. So there was no cheese and limited olives. Because of the bubbles, the sauce also was unevenly distributed. The dough tasted like cardboard, which is not how I remember RTP tasting when my uncle owned one years ago. The one thing that brought this review from a 1star to a 3star, was Wyatt. He had a very up beat personality and was kind. He made me feel extremely welcome, unlike the older woman who was working with him. (She's made me feel unwelcome and like I should go away. It sucked.) The location was clean-ish and well.. empty. You could see where all the previous customers sat, since the dishes and table numbers were all still on the tables. So four people had eaten in house before us. 👀 Very disappointed in how far RTP has fallen, but so grateful that the one employee was the kind person who took our order. W

Invoice number 37 5:45 pm 07/27/24 This place is horrible. I just tried to doordash from this place. One of the pizzas was wrong so i had doordash set it up to deliver the personal pizza that was supposed to be a jalapeno and pineapple pizza that was for someone that is allergic to pepperoni. After talking to doordash they agreed to get in contact to send the correct item we waited for the right item to be delivered. And lone behold they dropped off the same exact pizza. Someone at this sand creek location cant read pineapple, maybe they are dislexic i dont know, aftwr looking at the items i find spit on the pizza they sent. Im beyond disgusted and i will be escalating this further.

Had cheese pizza with wings. Pizza was delicious but the wings had too much fat. Service was not bad at all. Asked for extra ranch and they provided 3 so that’s a +. Highly recommended RT.

I hate to give these kind of reviews. But, this has to be the second-worst round table I've ever been to. I had put a pickup order for 6pm far in advance only to find that it wasn't even put in the oven yet 10 minutes after 6pm. Granted they were busy yes, but I feel that's hardly an excuse for not even having it in the oven by my pickup time of 6 p.m. Then when it was finally ready it was just hand it to me and I wasn't even offered cheese and peppers. Upon reaching to my car it was sadly disproportionately looking like a piece was missing. And the taste was beyond mediocre. Not coming back here again for my Pizza.
